James Hardie is our siding of choice, though hardiboard, hardy board, hardiplank, and hardy plank are the names it more typically gets called! Like all of our favorite products and services, Hardie Plank siding combines beauty and durability—and is also considered “green and sustainable” by industry professionals. This fiber cement product is ideal for Texas’ hot, humid conditions. It offers you the beauty and character of wood, yet it’s made from renewable and recyclable resources and will not crack, rot or delaminate. Unlike vinyl siding, Hardie® plank siding allows you to readily change color when you’re ready for a new look—and our experience has taught us that it holds paint better, and significantly longer, than wood or masonite siding!

Because it is non-combustible, Hardie siding provides added safety to your home or business. It also resists damage caused by hail and termites and withstands winds up to 130 mph.
