Roofing Carpentry

People will often only think about roofing and carpentry when both are visibly in bad condition (i.e. an aging or storm damaged roof and rotting soffits and fascia). Many roofing companies have, at best, the skill sets to address only these obvious issues. Too often, however, roofers take on tasks that genuinely require skilled carpentry and areas of structural damage are overlooked or quickly covered over.

At RoofCrafters we believe it is essential to have skilled craftsmen who can handle anything that you can run into, especially in reroof applications. Going back to make repairs later is not only much more expensive, but can bring cosmetic issues into play when roofing materials have to be matched at a later time. As skilled carpenters our craftsmen address not only the damage that can be seen, but if we come across structural damage that cannot be detected until the actual roof is torn off (i.e. a rotted truss, rafter, or header) we can address the problem.
